Terms of Service

This website is operated by Dan Dupont ("Dan Dupont Art", "we", "the studio"). It showcases and sells physical artwork — one-of-one original paintings and limited-edition prints created with a custom pen-plotter robot. Contact: hello@dandupont.art.

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Prices are listed in US dollars. Shipping is added at checkout per the shipping policy.
• Originals are unique: the first completed checkout secures the piece. In the unlikely event two orders cross, the later order is refunded in full immediately.
• Obvious pricing errors may be corrected; if your order is affected you'll be offered the corrected price or a full refund.

• Buying an artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece, not its copyright. Reproduction, commercial use, or creating derivative works requires written permission.
• You're welcome to photograph and share owned pieces on social media — a credit is appreciated.

Originals are one-of-one; the generating toolpath is retired when the piece sells and will not be replotted. Prints are limited editions, individually signed and numbered, shipped with a certificate of authenticity. Edition sizes are final and will not be extended.

Commission terms (scope, price, timeline, deposit) are agreed in writing by email before work begins. Deposits become non-refundable once plotting starts, since materials and machine time are committed.

Don't misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempting to disrupt the service, no fraudulent orders. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent (with a full refund where payment was taken).

The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.
