Policy
Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect only what's needed to sell and ship artwork, we never sell your data, and you can ask for a copy or deletion of it at any time.
Last updated: June 12, 2026
What we collect
- Order information — name, email, shipping address, and purchase details when you buy artwork. Collected and processed by our payment provider, Stripe.
- Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers and we never see them.
- Contact messages — the name, email, and message you send through the contact form, used only to reply to you.
- Newsletter signups — your email address, stored with our newsletter provider, used only to send studio updates.
- Analytics — we use Google Analytics and ClickReport to understand site traffic (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and not used to identify you.
How we use it
To fulfill and ship orders, respond to inquiries, send the newsletter you asked for, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. That's the complete list — we do not sell, rent, or trade personal information with anyone.
Who we share it with
- Stripe— payment processing and checkout (see Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy).
- Shipping carriers — your name and address, so your artwork can reach you.
- Service providers — email and newsletter delivery, site analytics (Google Analytics, ClickReport), and hosting. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Cookies & analytics
The site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Google Analytics, ClickReport) and to remember your cart, which is stored locally in your own browser. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the cart and core site will still work.
Data retention
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Contact messages are kept until resolved. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe — every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal record-keeping requirements). Email hello@dandupont.art and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have additional rights, which we honor.
Changes & contact
If this policy changes, the date above will be updated. Questions about privacy: hello@dandupont.art.
