Every piece is packed by hand in the studio and shipped tracked and insured. Here's exactly what to expect between checkout and your wall.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email at purchase and a tracking number the moment your piece ships. Commissioned work ships on the timeline agreed for the commission.

How artwork is packed

  • Prints ship rolled in rigid archival tubes with acid-free tissue interleaving — never folded.
  • Smaller originals ship flat, sandwiched between rigid boards with corner protection and moisture barrier.
  • Large originals ship in custom-built crates or heavy-duty art boxes, with the same corner, surface, and moisture protection used by galleries.

Rates & destinations

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Current flat rates:

  • United States & Canada — $25, tracked and insured, typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • International — $75, tracked and insured, typically 10–21 business days after dispatch.

Oversized crated pieces may require a custom shipping quote — if so, we'll contact you before the piece ships and refund the difference if the actual cost is lower.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country's customs authority. These charges are set by and payable to your government and are the buyer's responsibility — they are not included in the checkout total.

Damage in transit

Every shipment is insured. If a piece arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the artwork before unpacking further and email hello@dandupont.art within 7 days of delivery. We'll handle the insurance claim and arrange a repair, replacement (for prints), or full refund.

Local pickup

Studio pickup is available by appointment at no charge — choose it by emailing us after ordering, and the shipping fee will be refunded.
