Refund Policy
Art should feel right on your wall. If it doesn't, here's exactly how returns and refunds work — including the difference between prints and one-of-one originals.

Prints — 14-day returns
Limited-edition prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Email hello@dandupont.art to start a return. The print must come back in its original condition and packaging (or equivalent); return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and we recommend a tracked, insured service. The refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the print arriving back.
Originals — 7-day window, by arrangement
Originals are one-of-one physical paintings, so returns are handled personally. Contact us within 7 days of deliveryand we'll arrange the return together — original packaging, tracked and insured shipping at the buyer's cost. Once the piece arrives back in original condition, the purchase price is refunded in full. Commissioned work is made to order and is not returnable except for damage.
Damaged or lost in transit
Damage and loss are covered 100% by us — see the shipping policy. Photograph the packaging and artwork, email us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a repair, replacement (prints), or full refund including shipping. You will never pay return shipping for a damage claim.
How refunds are issued
All refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method. Stripe typically posts refunds within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.
Order cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund any time before they ship — email us as soon as possible. Once a tracking number has been issued, the return windows above apply instead.
